Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please note that we use a variety of drop shipping and self fulfilment partners to deliver your goods. This may mean that you may receive your order in multiple packages and on different days depending on the product and shipping partner used.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • United Kingdom (Domestic): 2–4 business days

    • Europe: 5–10 business days

    • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

    • Australia & Rest of World: 10–20 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, postal backlogs, or courier issues outside our control.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide 🌍

  • United States: From 29 August 2025, all parcels entering the U.S. are subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees (the previous $800 “duty-free” threshold no longer applies). Where possible, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at checkout so all costs are covered upfront. If DDP is not available, you may be contacted by U.S. Customs to pay duties/taxes before delivery.

  • Canada & Australia: Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

  • European Union & Rest of World: Import duties and taxes may apply depending on local regulations. Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges once the shipment reaches its destination country.

Tracking Your Order

  • All orders are shipped with tracking.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Exceptions

  • We cannot accept responsibility for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control (e.g. strikes, extreme weather).

  • If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at shop@theburntchefproject.com and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
